LLVM compiler for minibasic

Tested with LLVM 3.8 on Linux and 4.0 on MacOS X.

You should use the runtime library for x86_64 written by Achilles Benetopoulos. It can be found here:

https://github.com/abenetopoulos/edsger_lib

The library works for Linux. It seems not to work for MacOS X.
